Since 1928, all Tri-Con P-1900-1 Aviation Portable 5 Gal. Atomized Spray Systems have been designed, engineered, tested and assembled in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Each nozzle body is hand assembled and tested before being sent to you in order to ensure maximum quality. Our attention to detail is what makes Tri-Con nozzles and accessories the top choice for home and industry. The air nozzle is engineered to withstand hard daily use, with a 100% zinc body that is both tough and easy to maintain. The nozzle body can be sterilized, and the wide array of accessories make it easy to customize a system that suits your needs. The nozzle’s 100% zinc body will not rust, unlike parts manufactured by our competitors that may be only partially zinc, or even made out of plastic. Our products are made from high-quality metal: aluminum, zinc, steel, and brass, designed to outlast the competition.

Intended for use in aviation only, the P-1900-1 Aviation Portable 5 Gal. Atomized Spray System sprays material in a finely atomized fog. This system is intended for spraying rust preventive material on any metal surface. The special flow brass control stem ensures that a proper mixture of air and coating material is used, and the 5 Gallon canister allows you to spray longer without refilling. Our purchasing service allows you to select the required spray tube length you want in 4’ & 6’ sections up to 24’. The 7” spray tube is for spraying inside engines when rebuilding. This system sprays light to medium oil based material like ACF-50 and Corrosion X. The Ergo-Correct full-hand pistol grip ensures your comfort during use. Features include instant on/off with a squeeze or release of the trigger handle. The system can be completely rebuilt using our rebuild kit V-F-C-125-ARK, while the top D-Clip can be removed to allow quick access for rebuilding your nozzle
