All Tri-Con Sprayer Air Nozzle Bodies are proudly designed, engineered, assembled, and tested in the United States. Since 1928, our nozzles have been the top choice for home and industry use. Each nozzle component is individually hand-assembled and professionally tested before leaving our Cleveland, Ohio facilities. All of our top-quality metal parts are engineered to withstand hard daily use. Our extensive line of nozzles and accessories give you a head start when assembling a custom system that can tackle any job. The 100% zinc nozzle body is easy to clean and sterilize, will not rust, and connects to any standard ¼” air hose. Our competitors may cut corners by using nozzle bodies that are not 100% zinc or even made of plastic, but Tri-Con’s parts are made of top quality steel, brass, aluminum, and zinc and will last a lifetime. A one-piece valve assembly ensures a lifetime of easy maintenance.
The K-800 Compact Abrasive Blaster/Air Blow Nozzle Combination Kit can be used as either an abrasive blaster or air blow nozzle. This nozzle system is capable of handling small-scale jobs such as removing rust from metal, removing paint from wood, etching glass, or polishing metal. Abrasives that can be used include silica, nut shells, hard sand, corn cobs, or aluminum oxide. Simply place the abrasive in a bag, bucket, or any type of container, and insert the 18” aspirator tube into the abrasive. You can regulate the volume of the abrasive being applied by using the regulator on the air compressor (or attach your own regulator to the spray nozzle). This commercial grade spray nozzle includes a special flow brass control stem for proper mixture of air and median material, and the Ergo-Correct full-hand pistol grip ensures firm control. The system has an instant on/off capability with a simple squeeze or release of the trigger handle. The K-800 Abrasive Blaster Combination Kit can be completely rebuilt using our rebuild kit V-F-C-125-ARK and the top D-Clip can be easily removed for quick access.
