The Tri-Con M-1600-1 model does everything the M-1600-2 does but adds a 1 litter 1 inch opening aluminum cylinder canister (reference the M-1600-2 for complete description). The aluminum canister is heat resistant and works great in higher temperature environments. The aluminum canister gives long lasting durability and can take a lot of abuse. This gives you the option of a larger opening to easily pure thick product into canister. Gage and regulator set is optional equipment that can be ordered with the M-1600-1.

The Tri-Con M-1600-2 - Siphon Sprayer

The Tri-Con M-1600-2 is a siphon-fed dispenser for thick materials such as under body coating, sound deadening material or truck bed linings. The M-1600-2 spray-head screws onto a 1 ¾ delta thread container to give you better inventory control. The 4” rigid metal wand and comfortable full-hand trigger allows you to spray single-handedly. The amount of material expelled is controlled by adjusting the air. The unit is easy to clean, since no material passes though the F-C-210-N air gun. Applicator comes with three directional spray tips (Red, Blue, and Silver) to assist material flow. Optimal spraying pressure for the M-1600-2 is 80-90 PSI. The material discharge rate is determined by adjusting the air pressure. The spray pattern is controlled by attaching three various size tips which are included. The M-1600-2 Siphon Sprayer comes standard with a plastic jar. The 1600 series can be ordered with 3/8” or ½” pickup diameter tube cut to various lengths to fit customer’s needs. The M-1600-2 gives you the option of using the plastic jar that comes with the sprayer or you can use Delta spray head that will attach to other canisters.
